That’s the second house I purchased in 2 years. The first time we dealt with Justin directly and it was such an amazing experience that I didn’t even shop around for the second house. Unfortunately this time around my experience was terrible at the end. I never really was able to talk to Justin. 4 pm the day before my closing day they called me saying that my closing cash was short by over a $1000 when we had already confirmed with them twice before we wired the funds. They blamed on the title company instead of taking responsibility for the miscalculation. But the worse part is that without my authorization they called my realtor to discuss my financial situation without discussing with me first. Very unprofessional to say the least.
