If I could leave zero stars I would. In 20+ years of buying property in different states this is the worst experience I have had with a lender / mortgage company. I have suspicions that this company discriminates against disabled persons as I was given subpar service and am disabled. I continued to use the lender to get a benefit from the builder who was building my home. I asked the builder repeatedly to allow me to use a different lender due to how poorly I was treated. I strongly suggest using a different lender. Justin Hrabovsky did not return calls or emails that were critical to the 2 loans that his branch was processing. From November 2020 to September 2021 he was consistently unavailable and used incorrect information while processing my loans. When I pointed out the errors they were not corrected in a timely manner if at all. His assistant Desdanie did a wonderful job but doesn’t have the license to discuss certa
