It is our first time to apply for mortgage we were uncertain about a lot of things and were careful. We compared more than three lenders and consulted even more. It is just short here and there making us keep wandering until meeting Justin’s team at CMG Home loan. Wow it is our first time to learn so much during the first call he will not only efficiently give you a comparative table of options we have he also explained it so well with his theories and observations of this volatile market (2023 spring). There are definitely more factors to consider than the team can think of but his team with that level expertise make the majority transparent and the decision making just easier. At the end of the day( literally) we locked in our rate the first day we talked. We are still happy with our decision after closing. I cannot recommend Justin’s team enough.
