It is unfortunate that my experience was poor because it seems that Justin knows his stuff and is able to provide a great loan solutions. However the group as a whole did not have great communication and responsiveness. I appreciate the loan product but the experience working with the group could have been much better.

Justin and his team very very helpful during the entire process and were incredibly communicative. I was worried that the COVID outbreak would hinder my home buying timeline but they made sure I was always in the loop and kept me on top of thingseven through only having emails and calls!

Justin and his team were great! They communicated every step of our closing process on our loan and as a first time homebuyer I was very appreciative to have updates on the process. Justin also referred us to a great realtor who made the home buying process easy!
