I was referred to Justin through my awesome Realtor Chris Torrey. Justin called me one night about 7:00 and said he had about ten minutes to answer my questions. Forty-five minutes later we got off the phone with his assurance his staff would reach out to me the next day. By lunchtime the next day I had my preapproval letter and could move forward on the home I wanted to purchase. The whole process was as easy as it possibly could be and the entire team was so pleasant to work with while still being incredibly efficient. I even went on vacation during the process and it didn’t slow us down a bit. I’d go through Justin and his staff again and again.
