At closing the title company asked us for a check for $4.50 because the closing costs had been miscalculated by CMG. When asked why this hadn’t been communicated to us earlier the title company said CMG should have given us a call. We got no call. It felt unprofessional and insulting to be asked for a $4.50 personal check when we’re providing thousands in closing costs because of a mistake that CMG made.
