Let me start by saying Jerrene was a pleasure to work with and was amazing. As for Justin I was not impressed at all. Closure Disclosure documentation was sent over on Friday afternoon at 1PM with no explanation to the numbers or a phone call to discuss the urgency around this document. If it wasnt for our realtor that document wouldnt of been signed and we would of missed going to closing due to the 3 day waiting period. Our realtor had to explain items to us that should of been explained by Justin at CMG as that is his job. Jerrene tried to take responsibility as she was out sick but that I disagree with. As a Branch Manager Justin should of been all over it for the amount of $$ that was being paid at closing. Im sorry but I wouldnt recommend him to anyone I know. It was a bad process where we were left scrambling to get clarification because he didnt do his job.
