This was really a mixed bag experience. After working through all the disclosures etc with a representative and planning on closing. We found out that the representative had not actually done anything with our application and was sand bagging us the entire time.Justin to his great credit stepped in and saved the day. He gets my highest praise. Though it is tempered by that fact that we spent four weeks living in a hotel room during the current pandemic.
