We really enjoyed working with The Justin Hrabovsky Mortgage Team. My initial contact with Justin was based on a referral from our realtor. Justin reached out chatted with me to understand our situation wants needs and timeline. He was knowledgeable without being pushy or arrogant. He provided some really helpful insights and suggestions that we had not thought about. He recognized that we qualified for a much higher value than we were requesting but never pushed us to purchase a more expensive home though he made sure that we had the “wiggle room” to do so if we found the “right home”. His team was great with their professionalism and communication. The emails were always very clear and I knew exactly what they needed from me and what actions I needed to take. They also provided regular updates on the status of the loan as time progressed. This put us at ease knowing that they were tracking the progress and nothing was being left behind or incomplete.Justin and his team went more than the ‘extra mile’ when we received unexpected gifts/tokens along the way. This left my wife and me completely floored and over the moon with the attention to detail on the loan as well as the personal touch. We couldn’t be any happier!
