Justin got back to me quickly after I responded to an automated email regarding my home value. I needed to know if a refinance was feasible based on the terms that I wanted. As with my original loan Justin made it happen. Desdanie was a great point of contact / liason. She made sure I was fully informed and got me anything requested quickly. I must say this experience was amazing. I will gladly refer anyone knowing they will have the same experience.
