I just completed the purchase of a home in Canyon lakeAt first I was inclined to use my small town local bank because of existing relationships and an ease of doing business with familiarity.My realtor suggested I reach out to Justin and his team at CMG.I’m not easily persuaded to shift gears on these type dealings but I hesitantly took her up on this idea.Not only was Justin’s team as inviting as my relationship bank but the amount of reporting and documentation they needed from a “new account” was remarkably limited.I am not the most patient person in this reporting process and Justin’s team got to it without a daily haggling…just the treatment I was accustomed to with my small bank. “Don’t ask me so many questions just get it done” is my motto and they nailed it.To top it off the rate that CMG locked me into was substantially more aggressive than I would have acquired at my local source.So from this point forward CMG IS my local source they are my relationship built choice for my lending needs and I do look forward to repeat business with them!Thank you CMG for your professionalism and welcoming!
