My experience with CMG Home Loans was good! Everything was smooth. My client wasn’t distinctly aware of bringing cash to close how much and in what form though. I could’ve done a better job educating and confirming that for them but I know lenders can also help that clarification. It’s a team effort for sure. Thanks guys!
