it was mentioned when I locked my rate that will be monitoring for possible adjustment but that never happened I had to call to ask and the answer was at first that rates will be dropping but to prefer to wait and see if there were coming lower and by the end of the 60 days they said that they were higher it seems that was false advertising and never the intention to actually monitoring or I never got a report of the actual rates
